  These guys, as soon as the Royal Mail messed up and seemingly lost the order, they offered me immediate refund or replacement of the cartridge. So, normally I'd give it 5 star! Yes, it came a bit late, but not seller's fault at all. Royal mail screwed it royally Cheers! but all good in the end

  2nd. Colour Cartridge, OK now. All good, but Evri took a long time to deliver. Nearly a week!!! Thanks for sending replacement for the Colour cartridge. 1st. one turned out not to be recognised by the Printer, although Black was accepted. Good communication. Jaynne very helpful! Will buy again.
