    I tracked the postage and was told delivery would be delayed by the courier. After a week of no movement on tracking, I contacted the seller. They refunded my payment and reported the parcel as lost. The parcel eventually arrived - I took photos as the packaging was torn and open; one of the boxes was empty and contained no cream. The whole package looked like it had been chewed up and spat out. Seller refunded my payment as promised and said I could dispose of the parcel or keep it.

    Excellent Ebay seller - 3 x Optrex Actimist are exactly as described & photographed with good expirey date. Quick service and fast delivery of securely packaged parcel. HOWEVER, Evri messed up the delivery yet again - left the parcel in the side alley in full view of everyone using the road. The parcel would have fitted through the large letterbox and failing that, knock on the front door and hand it over to me.
