    I purchased a size 58 Panama hat for £39.99 that was too small and asked to return it. The seller claimed I had damaged it when in the picture, it was folded the same way I had received it. Panama hats bend because they are made of straws, but it doesn't mean they are damaged. As the seller refused to refund me I asked for my hat to be returned, but it wasn't, and it has been over a week now of no reply. If the hat were returned, it would prove it was not damaged hence why there is no reply! Bad

    We never send our hats folded or rolled and we cannot recieve them returned in a totally damaged state which is what this buyer and seller did . I warn any seller of this ebay member, who is not only prepared to damage your product but will look to damage your profile afterwards.
