    Item as described. Less than half the price of importing a pair from Japan and no import duties. Very reasonable postage costs I don't think I could have purchased the bubble wrap for the price of the postage and packaging. Delighted with the purchase sound quality doesn't get any better than this and I think the price was unbelievable for the item. Thanks cash converters!

    The Shipping was quick and very well packed, no chance of any damage occurring there and arrived on a Saturday morning after 2 days. The item was exactly as described and came with the expected accessories. Normally, I would only buy new, directly from sonos, but the sonos gear is pricey and this was an opportunity to get a big saving and still have the ability to send it back if it wasn't working. No Sonos extended warranty, but never needed that over the past 10 years. worth the risk.

    DHL 'delivered' and left outside my neighbours house where any passer by could have nicked it! I was in all day so no excuse. However, reel was excellent, well packaged and as described. Also good value. Suggest you use Royal Mail Tracked 48 who would have charged £3.39 compared to DHL at £5.99
