Despite being very well wrapped, this compass was damaged during transit. The seller got in touch very soon after I raised the issue and dealt with the whole transaction, from return to refund, efficiently and without fuss.     Fantastic customer service. The item came exactly as described with speedy delivery, it was packaged appropriately. I am very happy with the product and the value for money. There was a slight fault with the controller that came with the console, nothing that would stop me from using the product but a fault nonetheless and I was partially refunded for the controller, got replies within 10 mins of messaging, couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Would recommend and will use again.

    The fastest delivery I've ever had on a parcel with ebay. Item in excellent condition, needed a little cleaning up but I don't mind that. All as described and actually looked cleaner than in the pictures. Decently priced considering most PAL versions seem to be increasingly rare at this point. Packaged well and safely to avoid damage. Had a small issue (out of the seller's control) which was fed back privately and seller was extremely quick responding and professional in dealing with the matter.
