Either shipping played kickball with this package, a rat was released inside the box, or the packaging was just that bad. Over half the chips sleeves were busted open and pieces thrown around. Box came COVERED in tape. Chips are nice and sturdy but I just can’t get over the poor shipping quality… 2 stars Shipment did come earlier than expected so I guess that’s a plus too… 3 stars

The package arrived early, all items were in the box with nothing busted other than some plastic sleeves that organize the chips and your upset? Do you play poker with the plastic on? Shipping is handled by USPS. Sometimes they do play kick ball with packages which is why we use a ton of tape so all items arrive. Our listings are clear this is a possibility due to the weight of the items. We could ship another method but it would cost 3x and then you would complain about the shipping price.
