This listing is a scam! Bought because it was listed as elastic. Waited weeks for delivery. Wrong item! Contacted seller and in order for me to return the item I would have to pay for the shipping then submit copies to seller to get reimbursed. Then I received an offer that lets me keep the item for a small reimbursement. I thought that this was a HONEST mistake by seller so I accepted offer. I was wrong, item is still listed as elastic waiting for another unsuspecting buyer!!
