A very positive experience: I had ordered a similar item from the USA but DPD lost it and I didn't realise until almost too late; I needed something I could get in a short time frame so "collection" was the thing. I placed this order and Nigel responded immediately to say he'd moved (from Tamworth to Paignton) but could send the item first class post at no extra charge. He was also happy if I went to Paignton to pick it up, which I did, and he provided coffee and a chat on arrival. Excellent.
