Returned item via tracked ebay label, showed as delivered on ebay. Buyer did not issue refund. Upon contacting buyer, she claimed first Royal Mail lost it (even though it clearly showed as tracked & delivered) and then shortly after that she issued refund but 'ebay didn't send the refund' (even though they claimed the post lost it). Upon contacting ebay this was all untrue & they had to step in. Should have read reviews before ordering that reported similar issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
