We send the majority of our items on pallets to keep them safe - unfortunately the pallet networks tends to throw parcels around and as your item is fragile and contains glass this is the safest way to ensure it arrives safely.

Arrived on time, and very well packaged. I haven’t tried it yet (it didn’t come with a cable for the igniter, but it looks like a normal kettle flex - so easy to purchase) but, it looks good and I have no reason to think it won’t work correctly.
