    Item is very good quality. It was extremely well packed. It will look good on the wall. Thank you seller. On the down side delivery was delayed by the incompetence of Royal Mail. They sent it to the wrong delivery office which delayed delivery by two days and then on the next due date they were 'unable to attempt delivery'. They make a mockery of the postage costs!

    Item itself is lovely and was just what I was after. Although the item is sent 48hr delivery, I hadn't noticed that it's listing also noted that it can take 10 days to send out for delivery. I should have read it more thoroughly, as I missed the chance to post it to a friend in time for Christmas. But seller helpfully explained when I got in touch because I was concerned it hadn't arrived - they may also have speeded up the sending process.
