  Absolutely brilliant seller! I was thrilled to find the right item in great condition, for a good price. Arrived quickly & exactly as described, well packaged and a note on to remind us not to use scissors to open! But most importantly great communication - the seller went above and beyond to include a note to my son that I asked for. The beam on his face when he saw it! Thank you so much! He loved the card and it made accepting the replacement of a favourite (but now lost) teddy so much easier.
