    The actual product is fine, but the packaging was shoddy. Ordered 100 mailers, received 96 jammed in a box made to hold restaurant to-go boxes. The box had holes torn in it upon arrival, including one that looked like it had been cut and taped to be a handle. It would have taken little extra effort on seller's part to make this a positive transaction.

    They generated fake UPS tracking number and never shipped the products. I was not able to track and receive the product after 10 days. They said they do not items in stock I asked why didn't you inform customers immediately that you do not have items in stock and why did not you issue a full refund right away if you know you do not have items to ship. They did not issue a refund until I asked after 10 days. Don't bother doing business with them. They wasted 10 days of our time.
