Nice looking also. Amp was double boxed, well packed and shipped quickly. Answered my questions and kept me updated on shipping status. Highly recommend seller. The only thing I would recommend is that the the literature that comes with the amp also be available in English. Everything was in Chinese. Thanks for offering a great tube amp at a reasonable price. 🙂

The condition of the item itself was brand-new. Unfortunately I received a defective item but they worked with me to try to find a solution. I ended up having to return the item but they made it easy. I would purchase from them again.
