  The figurine arrived reasonably timely. It was packed in two boxes with a lot of peanuts to keep it from breaking. It was really packed well. The item was complete with no broken pieces just as described by the seller. After a bit of dealing, I felt the price was well worth it. It is a beautiful figurine.   I was heartbroken yesterday when they had lost my item and refunded my account. I was so excited to get this and to be let down again from not getting one years ago. I don’t understand how it mysteriously disappeared after creating a FedEx label. FedEx said they were still waiting for the package to be dropped off to them. I haven’t decided if I would buy from them again since I trusted them to get the item I purchased to me. I guess I will just keep looking.

  I had to remind them to ship me my items. I heard nothing from the seller after a week and so contacted them. After that, shipping, etc, was expedient. Packaging was excellent and items were as described.

  remind? Thurs night bought, I put up to 5 days to ship and Memorial Day weekend.. post office closed Monday wasn't late on my seller page. I sent a response following morning as I'm not sending messages in the middle of night
