  I appreciate all of the good communication from the seller. The seller had the laptop dropped as it was getting loaded onto the UPSP vehicle. The driver brought the laptop back to the seller who decided to test it instead of just sending it out to me. Unfortunately, the laptop died in the drop. I REALLY APPRECIATE the seller going the extra mile and re-testing the item instead of just simply shipping it. This keept me from going through DEAD ON ARRIVAL headaches with eBay / PayPal.
