  The item was listed as new, but upon receiving it, the gloves were peeling and looked like they had been previously used. Very disappointing. Fast shipping though!

  Buyer did not reach out or open a case before leaving a negative review. Full price and shipping was refunded immediately upon my learning there was a problem with the item that I thought was new and was in original packaging. Feedback was not updated to reflect the prompt and complete resolution of the issue. Buyer has not responded to any messages.
