  Item listed as new but when received there was passwords on the system. Supplier asked me to remove installed cameras and return at my cost. Found supplier to be difficult to communicate with and stated that there was no password and shower ignorance to my messaged. Don't recommend as better supplier out there for same price. Poor service and now out of locket

  .Our items are all new and supplys by Hikvision. We have offered prepaid label to return the item back to us to replace or full refund but buyer rejected as the package installed. If the items are used you should not install them and contact us to resolve the issue. We offered partial refund to buyer however he wanted us to issue a full refund without return the package that is against Ebay policy.
