  What was advertised as authentic Tula Skincare, but what I received was clearly not the real thing. The texture, scent, and even the package were all off compared to the genuine product I’ve used for years. To make things worse, the seller was completely unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out about the issue. A $5 credit was offered on a $25 product, and they took no responsibility. Don’t make the same mistake I did ,just because it’s labeled as “authentic” doesn't mean it actually is.

  I received my item. It is not the same item in the picture that I received. I asked for a refund, and the seller was extremely rude and abusive told me I was wasting his time when all I thought I was gonna get what I saw in the picture and it wasn’t the same exact thing. The seller offered me a five dollar refund. Lol. The products are not authentic and being sold way under the price that doesn’t seem possible.
