    I ordered 2 boxes but unfortunately 1 box was slightly damaged. I contacted the seller who was very apologetic. The damage didn't effect the use of the box and I managed to glue it. The seller reimbursed me 35% of the purchase price. This was in my account within 24 hours. Very good communication, problem resolved, it was refreshing to deal with a seller who cares.     Unfortunately this item received some damage in transit, probably due to the courier’s carelessness as it had been well packaged. Contacted the seller who was very apologetic and immediately offered me a partial refund, which I was happy to accept. Other than that the item was as described and arrived promptly.

    Product was exactly as described and priced very fairly in comparison to other sellers with the same product. Communication about transit time was also good. Unfortunately the courier (yodel) was poor, after an initial delay (during which the sellar kindly offered a refund) I was sent a number of updates where I was told my parcel was being delivered, only for it not to arrive.
