  Thank you. Super quick delivery and great communication from Ceesay. Sadly it would appear the CD player had taken a bit of a battering during delivery as it arrived damaged/cracked, and not safe for use. The problem was solved immediately by Ceesay with a super quick full refund and no product return required. Great seller, communication and a caring attitude is always present.

  Unfortunately the delivery company did not deliver the goods. Even with proof from Evri stating they had ‘misplaced’ the item it ended up me having to pursue the inevitable outcome. Communication from the seller started good, ended up condescending and then I was left to pursue eBay myself for the refund

  Great bit of kit and seller communication was 1st class. Unfortunately courier let the whole experience down. Great value and would recommend this seller to anyone. Just need to find a remote for it as I didn't read the full description but that's my bad.

  Such a horrible seller, threatening me for the faulty item refund His message You're responsible for shipping return label fees and deductions by Ebay and additional £10 for handling. You will receive the balance left.
