  It is now approx 6 weeks since I bought the CD. After about 3 weeks seller told me that he sold his car with the CD in it. He then said he got the CD back and sent it, now 13 days ago. USPS indicated they never received the item which was issued a tracking number; eBay apparently concurred and refunded my money.

  The cd was lost in a car sale and recovered and I was going to send it on and paid for a shipping label but ebay went ahead and cancelled the auction, and refunded the $$, so it was never sent.
