    This item was described as mint and it is. It arrived as scheduled with 3 layers of packaging: 1. A soft clear plastic sleeve, 2. A hard plastic top-loader (which was totally unexpected) and 3. An eco lite bubble pack mailing envelope. I did not have any communication with the seller but it wasn't required.
