    Not delivered until 3 weeks after purchase however this was not the sellers fault but the courier. When I contacted seller, who was very empathetic and understanding they spoke to the courier and sorted the delivery and gave me a part refund. Product as described well packaged and all in all happy with the experience.

    Arrived quickly although upon unpacking one part was damaged. Contacted the retailer and pretty instantaneous response apologising and promising to rectify. Had to wait a couple of weeks for the bit we needed to get restocked but delivered and all is good. Brilliant customer service and would highly recommend.

    Seller was very amiable. Tracked P&P and excellent communication. Unfortunately the table was dented in transit, seller offered two options for a swift resolution. I opted to keep the item and receive a partial refund. Great item, good price. Just a shame it was inadequately packaged.

    Amazed by the saving I made on this item, started having doubts thinking it could be damaged or not new. The delivery took about 2 weeks but the item came as described brand new in the box with nothing missing. Would definitely recommend this seller!

    The cabinet was just what I was looking for and was best priced, but it arrived damaged (in transit), the seller attempted to get a replacement but was unable. A full refund was offered however a partial refund was mutually agreed. Then a fastener snapped during construction and the seller sent a replacement straight away. Communication was good throughout and although disappointed by the damage to the unit. The seller did all they could to resolve. Would buy from the seller again.
