There was an issue with a snapped part, perhaps more wadding could be inserted around the items within the box BUT the level of customer service care was very high indeed and the issue was resolved instantly. Was very skeptical about ordering due to mixed reviews and was worried item may be scratched or parts missing etc but I ordered anyway and I’m so glad I did!
