Quick to respond to any issues, promptly sorted things out when I accidentally added the wrong address. Quick dispatch. The box was also packaged well with lots of bubble wrap. However, the item itself did not meet standards. Came very dirty (as expected being used, but hair in the joy-con is never appreciated), and with faint scratches all over the screen despite the description assuring no marks. The cable also looked chewed up? Everything worked, but I had to return as it was meant as a gift.
