    Buyer Beware!!! Cancelled item as very late past expected delivery. Delivery apparently made 5 days later- I was on holiday so no way could I receive. The chat responce very aggressive and unhelpful. Still seeking my refund!

    Oh Dear This person threatened a Negative feedback and here it is, she is a 100% Liar and throughout the messaging was ignorant, rude and spoke to our staff member like a dog - we are appalled. The message thread had several confirmations that the order was received. This is the Highlands and DPD did have a few issues that were text to the customer. Why would you make an order for something and then go on holiday - Lies _Lies - Lies
