I reached out to the seller and he said that he can’t do anything as it shows as delivered. Initially I had opened a request to cancel my order a few minutes after placing it because I realized that the filter I ordered already had a built in heater. Mistakingly I closed the request. Guess he took the opportunity to do what he did. Bad decision never again will I ever buy from him again. Cancel request made on May 28 - FIVE DAYS later (not minutes) and after the item was already shipped. Buyer messaged me they would be returning it, I said I would be happy to issue a refund upon receipt. Then buyer claimed they could not track the item and that I took two weeks to tell them it had been shipped, although I replied MINUTES after they messaged me on May 28th, the day after it had shipped. Buyer needs to contact USPS about their missing package.
