    Every purchase helps transform lives and break the cycle of reoffending.
    Who We Are Changing the Cycle is the bike shop of The Oswin Project, a charity supporting people in the criminal justice system. Based at HMP Northumberland, we opened in August 2024 to provide employment, apprenticeships, and training in bicycle mechanics.
    What We Sell Quality bike accessories including inner tubes, cables, brake parts, pedals, and components. All items are carefully inspected.
    Your Impact 100% of profits fund our work providing: ✓ Paid employment & volunteering opportunities ✓ Professional qualifications ✓ Apprenticeships with Activate Cycle Academy ✓ Free bikes for prison leavers needing transport
    Since opening, we've delivered 6 qualifications and supported 4 volunteers - including employing a serving prisoner completing their apprenticeship, a first for the region.
