  I always try order from small businesses & also try give them the benefit of the doubt. So 1st order being short 1, I gave a solution that would benefit you and give me my missing melt. I messaged you that I would order another set & you would have an extra sale & I would get my missing melt. Only for the order to be delivered with only 10 melts, not the 13 I should have had, So now missing 3! Really not good to get it wrong twice. Then to ignore my messages, no apology , no good service
