  Firstly, despite the Sale item, a Shimano 12 speed chain, showing 24hr dispatch, it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. Once received it had all the tell tales signs of a Counterfeit chain so i immediately asked for a Return and refund. In fairness, there was no delay in issuing the refund. The sellers communication was good with me, but beware of his items as they may be cpies.
