  I did not want to leave negative feedback as the customer service (original purchase and communication) was good - it was the item itself where I had the problems. Knowing how this product is sized, I deliberately ordered two sizes up, but even that was far too small. And the picture doesn't indicate how thin the material is. I felt the postage price was too high to return it. I do not recommend this product and I will not buy it again in children's sizes - regardless of who the seller is.

  Totally different colour, only offered partial refund excluding postage unless posted back (also at my expense) these are not what are in the photos or description total waste of time and money.

  Good quality product made of nice soft material to a high standard at a good price but the buckle on the small size is, in my opinion, too large for a small whippets neck. I have commented on this to the seller who has been very polite and responsive.
