The seller did everything reasonable to safe guard the package his packaging was everything that I would have done to protect a clock .....but the delivery drivers were brutal it was smashed to smithereens....EVRI really aren't able to deliver fragile packages this is the second clock I have had smashed to bits by them ....no blame to the seller just the handler
