  Five stars for Charm a great trader. My order got lost in the post and following good communication I was given a refund. The package 48 hour tracked got lost after being dispatched. Royal Mail provided little assistance. The package arrived 11 days after purchase. I'm now trying to pay . Highly recommended Charm as a seller.

  Reliable seller but let down by very poor delivery service. Evri dumped my parcel at a random address therefore I was very lucky to receive it at all. Ebay and Evri should do better which is a shame for this seller.
