Great communication. I ordered 16 inch and was worried they would be to tall for me, I asked a few questions and sent him my height and what I was looking for and he suggested the 14 inch. Didn't have to cancel my order he noted it on my order and had the package in a few days. Opened the package and it was the 14 inch bars and all hardware to mount.
