Item arrived, packaging bit flimsy to say the least, due to weight, it isnt light, not enough packing for the trip, but luckily it did arrive in one piece thank goodness, especially with the iron stand its on, that getting broke would have been a disaster, sellers communication was ok i guess, could have shown more interest in my concerns regarding shipping, but anyways its Ebay what do you expect😏. All in all its here, its exactly as described thanks very much.

Item was well packaged and delivered rapidly. Unfortunately, one of the hinges was broken on arrival so I contacted the seller. Darren responded within a couple of days and following friendly communication mutually agreeded to provide a partial refund towards the cost of a new hinge. I had to do a bit of "fettling" to get the turntable running as it should, (as it's a good few years old like me!), but it's now working beautifully. A pleasure to do business. Many thanks.

I bought a Freshman acoustic guitar with the worst buckle-rash I've ever seen on an acoustic. Clear photos gave an idea of the damage.The front, however, seemed fine so I decided to have a 'punt'. We arrived at a price which seemed fair to both and a deal was struck. Darren was friendly, open to suggestions and went the 'extra mile' with packing. The guitar arrived with no new damage. NEVER has such an unpromising-looking guitar sounded SO great . . . and with only 4 strings. Blew me away. :)
