Grade B - Just normal wear and tear because of the age or the using of the device/product.
Grade C - Normal wear and tear and fine crack/cracks nothing too big.
Grade D - Fully cracked/Not working/ Not able to be fully tested

While I understand it it's a refurbished item a more rigorous testing is a must. The item was packed very well so I don't think it's the mail service to blame. That said seller was fast and prompt in refunding despite "no returns" note in the ad.
