  Received our purchase today in a very crushed parcel where the puzzle box would have been completely crushed except for the bubble wrap you had wrapped it in. The puzzle was exactly as described and we thank you for that, it is a present. No fault of yours in how the postage service handled it, perhaps put a fragile sticker on next time, just a thought. Naturally we have not yet completed the puzzle but was shocked by how fast we received it. Thank you for an otherwise good transaction.
