  Item stopped working after the 3rd time using it. Start button sunk into the casing. Contacted the seller who advised that they would get their supplier to send me another one (an upgraded version it would be). Seller advised it could take up to 30 days for me to receive replacement. 30 days was up on June 20th and no replacement received. I have messaged the seller on 3 separate occasions since June 20th and there has been no response at all. Seems like I am being completely ignored now. 👎
