  The figurine was as described, beautifully packed & sent to me very promptly The problem incurred was totally down to the courier. I hate to see other reviewers give negative or neutral feedback to sellers who do everything in their power to ensure a smooth & professional transaction, but are then let down by matters outside of their control. So I just wanted to say thank you for your speedy & fair response. I will certainly buy from you again

  The cup and saucer arrived very well packed. but the saucer was broken Seller was more then helpful she gave full refund and let me keep the cup. Lovely professional messages to me .thank yo saved seller.

  Great communication and service from this seller. Item arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. Capodimonte Romany Gypsy figurines tend to get snapped up quickly and are usually expensive, so very pleased to have found this, and for an attractive price, too. Highly recommended seller.
