Good product, and came within the time specified but the courier never notified me of the actual day. Luckily I was in. When I asked why I wasn't notified he laughed and said I would get it in about 20 mins. What good is that! Packaging was squashed and battered and looked like it had been opened and re-sealed a couple of times (different tape etc). The product was in it's own case and was fine. Maybe they should use another courier service, as it has put me off.
