    I unfortunately received my 2 Mikasa glasses broken, so I reached out to the seller, who was super helpful. I sent photos of the broken glasses and she promptly refunded my payment. She and I had a tougher time figuring out how to get the international shipping refunded, as e-Bay’s help line for sellers and buyers gave us conflicting advice. Eventually, e-Bay did refund my shipping payment, so all good!

The pictures didn't come close to doing this knife justice, as this knife had lots of positives, barely if ever used, hardly any signs of wear, and a GIANT personality! The description was confusing, but after asking the seller a few questions, she assured me I would be receiving the knife in the pictures. So the communication turned out good! I'd buy from this seller again! Thank you!
