The item came very quickly to Northern Ireland and with no extra charge for p&p, which was top class, above and beyond other sellers I was consider. Twyford classic cornflower blue cistern is in perfect condition and came with fittings and everything. Mr. Cole answered all of queries very quickly and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again. Apologies for the delayed response but have been away dealing with some health issues. Received the item safely. Well packed and delivered safely. Thank you . However on inspection of the basin wife noticed a glazing flaw on the surface of the basin by the left hand side tap hole. Thought it was just a dirt mark but it’s a piece of the glazing is missing or not taken when it was kilned. Could something be done rectify or exchange it for a replacement or compensate for this defect? Please advise.
