    Hi there, we would like to apologise that this pair of laces did not arrive as quickly as we would expect. This order was dispatched on the same day and seemingly took over a week to arrive. We will discuss this issue with Royal Mail as our courier to ask if there is anything we can do to expedite shipment at busy times.
