After contacting them, they gave me the option of a reduced price or a return. I decided to return it, I started the return process and sent the unit back. I got a full refund after couple of days after the item was received. Great customer services, recommended.

    The item arrived as shown in the photos with excellent packaging, which was a plus. However, the vinyl had severe skipping due to scratches, which I repaired myself, and now it plays clearly. Shipping to Japan took a long time and was significantly delayed past the estimated date. The price, including high shipping to Japan, felt steep, but the packaging and post-repair quality make it acceptable.
