    Arrived on time. The first bag had a faulty zip so I contacted seller and they arranged for a replacement. Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it. I must mention that seller was very happy to refund or replace again tho.

    Lovely size bag for those bit you need with you, fabulous communication, i had a damaged strap whilst using the bag for the first time, contacted the seller with photos of problem and a replacement was waiting for me when I got back from holiday, with no extra cost and asked me to dispose of the damaged one, which I've passed on to a local homeless charity. Highly recommended definitely use again, really good customer service thankyou

Tracked 48 Service but no update once it had been received by the Mail Centre. Communication and service provided by Seller was excellent.
