Received,but damaged as some stitching had come undone. I reached out to seller and they sent out a new one, which have all stitching intact. Their customer service turned a negative to positive. Quality could be better, but the bag will work for short trips away. Not one to over pack or pack heavy, as I worry stitching will come undone again.

After purchase the seller messaged to say that the item was out of stock and I would have to wait 10 days. After waiting 10 days, I was told another 5. Further research revealed that whilst the item was listed in Ireland, the seller is based in China; make of that what you will. When the parcel eventually arrived, it was the wrong item. Instead of a golf grip removal tool he sent a hexagonal wrench (see photos). I filed a return and the seller eventually refunded in full. Very disappointing.
