    Very sorry to have to report that this item had insufficient postage which cost me another £3.50, and a round trip to collect of 24 miles. I quizzed the post office about this, and they told me that the item had also been posted at a post office, and that the fault should not have happened. It was also wrongly addressed, although the recipient was the correct name.
