item as described, the tlc9803 was ok but for what it is the company contec medical has it way over priced, i am a little disappointed with the software, its just not that professional and for the cost it should be better, i will keep it, the recorder will work for what i need and the recordings are pretty clean but it is way over priced, the seller here on ebay was good, great communication and very fast ship
