Item arrived not packed up properly.All of the rosebuds were like crumbs.And dust broken independence extremely unhappy as it wouldn't have been very difficult.Just to put the contents in a box with some bubble wrap.I ordered a lot of things Spent a lot of money and it wasn't even wrapped properly very upset. The seller is not responding to my messages.

Gave a fake tracking number then claim it is packed together with orders of the same item from other sellers, When that package arrived, it is short of 4 cakes, but with one extra cell phone charger, which I never ordered. The seller responded that from the package weight on the shipping slip, it is correct weight, there is no missing item. Then I realize they added the charger just to add the weight. It is a cheating scheme scheme. Photo of the charger attached.
